A spin-off of my previous co-written blog, Two Girls Forking, Let’s Forking is an introduction to the food I love: Japanese home-cooking. Check in whenever you can for updates on recipes, restaurants, ingredients, and tips on where to buy Japanese ingredients.

In addition to forking, photographing and blogging, I also share my obsession with forking by teaching a Japanese cooking course and Japanese Culinary Arts food appreciation course (where I’m paid to eat at restaurants around Vancouver and talk about the food – for serious!) through the University of British Columbia.
